What this is

Petaling Jaya Apartment Complex Guide is a directory of 151 apartment complex businesses in Petaling Jaya, built for people who need to shortlist a building or management office without wading through scattered listings and outdated contact details. It’s meant for prospective tenants, owners comparing management companies, and anyone trying to work out which complexes actually perform well versus which ones just have a lot of reviews.

We are not affiliated with any single apartment complex or management company. Every listing on the site is compiled independently, then checked against a published rubric so a reader can see why one complex ranks above another instead of just taking our word for it.

How listings are built

Each entry starts from public business data (addresses, contact details, unit types, amenities where published) plus a synthesis of recent Google reviews. We don’t republish review text or star ratings wholesale. Instead, we read the pattern of recent feedback and turn it into a plain-English sentiment summary, then link out to the original Google listing so you can read reviewers’ own words at the source. Nothing here substitutes for that primary source, it points you to it.

How rankings work

Rankings come entirely from data and a published rubric, not from opinion or payment. The scoring approach behind every ranking is laid out in full on our /methodology/ page, and it’s the same rubric applied to all 151 listings. A business appearing on this site can request a correction to its own factual details (address, phone number, unit count, amenities), and we’ll update it once verified. What a listed business cannot do is edit its own score, its sentiment summary, or its position in the ranking. Those stay independent by design.

Sponsorship, plainly

Some listings include a clearly labelled “Sponsored” tag. Sponsored placements are shown separately from the earned ranking and never change a business’s score or rank position. If you see a complex marked sponsored, its ranking above or below that mark was earned the same way as everyone else’s.
