Corrections to listing details

We fix factual details like your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services when you provide the correct information and something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data refreshes and updates.

Disputing a score

Scores are never manually changed. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming the underlying data is faulty, either because your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were credited to you that belong elsewhere, or our summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We recheck the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, but a claim that the input data is incorrect.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, appears as a duplicate, or falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and within scope, we may decline a removal request, and we will explain why plainly.

Response times

Every request receives an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
